Ye olde England

I'm thinking i'm into castles in a big way. So spooky and  i set off once again in search of all things ancient.

Framlingham Castle is a magnificent 12th century fortress with a long and colourful past.

The castle was once the refuge of Mary Tudor before she became Queen in 1553

Erosion & Neglect

Had a day out to a piece of suffolk coastline that is gradually disappearing. The highlight was the tree in the sea and the stump in the beach

Positivity is the key

Not bad..

The garage bill was not that bad but i was fearing the worst. Anyway all done for another year. Celebrated by going for a drive with Spooky down some very muddy country lanes. I have always thought that farmers should be made to clean their tractors wheels before they leave the fields. If they failed to comply i would have them publicly flogged!

Well i have had the bad news that i was expecting..Bank balance drain in progress.. I'm hurting right now but.. hey! i'm still smiling.

It's that time of year

The yearly event that is the MOT has arrived. I am praying i'm going to get off lightly this year as the car cost me a small fortune in 2010. So i feel totally at the mercy of a new garage i'm trying out. The fear of getting ripped off is a big one. There should be a official word ending with ......phobia !
I will be car..less for a while so it will be a refreshing change for me and sam to use those bits of the body we use to walk with and wander aimlessly round Beccles town centre... Anyway fingers crossed

I can still taste the cheap and nasty cappuccino Sam and i had at the RSPB nature reserve at Minsmere !! Never again.
